September's Memory Verse
This month's memory work is from 1 John. For those in Kindergarten to grade 3 it is 1John 5:12, for those in grades 4-adult it is all of 1John 5:7-13. I strongly encourage each family to consider participating in the memory verse challenge. When you participate you become eligible for the honour roll, but you also have the opportunity to enter the memory verse contest and win some great prizes. A long with the opportunity for prizes your child will also have the opportunity to give back through Anchor's Chickens for Children. For more information click on the words Chicken's for Children and you will be taken to Anchor's information page. This is an opportunity for children to donate a portion of their prize to buy chickens for children in Africa. I urge you to discuss this with your child and consider taking up the challenge.
